Disappointing Experience with 7-in-1 Hydro Facial Machine: Faulty Units and Poor Customer Service I regret to say that my experience with the 7-in-1 hydro facial machine from this company has been highly disappointing. The ultrasound feature didn't function at all and the skin scrubber was equally ineffective. Despite sending videos of the issues and patiently waiting for weeks, the company failed to offer any resolution. Out of the 10 machines I've purchased, a staggering 3 arrived faulty. Despite raising the issue, the company provided zero assurance of a refund or replacement. Even after receiving two consecutive faulty machines, their compensation offer of $100 spread over three future orders is unacceptable. As a result of their consistent failures in both product quality and customer service, I've made the difficult decision to switch suppliers. No customer should endure such a lack of accountability.
